Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the finance function, including the mentoring and development of the existing Finance Officer. This hands-on and strategic role will involve everything from financial reporting and budgeting to payroll and commercial analysis, helping to shape informed decisions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop the Finance Officer with key focus on balance sheet reconciliation and management accounts Financial and management reporting Weekly and monthly payroll Support the Finance officer with the day-to-day Bookkeeping and balance sheet reconciliations Budgeting and cash management Compliance and risk Assisting auditors with the statutory accounts Making commercial and strategic recommendations to the business.
