Finance Manager £60,000 + bens Full-Time, Permanent London Hybrid My Client, a fast-growing acquisitional, part of a well-known and highly trusted UK group, are recruiting a Finance Manager with and proven hands-on all round finance experience, ready to take real ownership in a fast-scaling business, based out of their London offices working on a Hybrid basis (3days in office 2 WFH) Sitting at the heart of the finance function this is a hands-on role where you''ll own core accounting processes end-to-end - from ledger integrity and reconciliations to management reporting and compliance across multiple entities as the business expands. You''ll own the integrity of our financial data - improving systems and controls to ensure senior leadership can operate with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reporting Managing month-end close, reconciliations (bank, expenses, accruals/prepayments), and financial controls Monitoring and tracking expenses and departmental budgets, flagging variances and supporting cost control Working closely with external accountants, auditors and vendors to ensure compliance and smooth reporting cycles Helping optimise and improve financial systems, processes and reporting tools as the business scales, including automation where possible Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support commercial decisions and operational planning Owning ..... full job details .....
