FINANCE MANAGER £55,000p/a - £65,000p/a Based in Central London - Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week) Fast growing SAAS business who are in the start up stage, which gives an excellent opportunity for a Part Qual/Finalist or QBE candidate to join the business as sole charge Finance Manager for 2 businesses. The right person will have an SME background and will have a ''hands on'' mentality given they will be processing and raising invoices and taking accounts to trial balance, alongside producing all monthly reporting and preparing all VAT, TAX and year end accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a stamp on the function regarding process improvement and adding commercial value, with the scope of some exciting progression for the right person. The main responsibilities include: Management Accounts and Reporting Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis Produce clear, concise commentary on financial performance for the Finance Director and senior leadership Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and templates Support month-end and year-end close processes Payroll Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees Liaise with HR on starters, leavers, and changes to employee remuneration Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, including PAYE, NI, and pension submissions Resolve payroll queries promptly and ..... full job details .....
