FINANCE MANAGER ANDOVER £50,000-£60,000Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join an established business in Andover on a long term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and driving continuous improvement.The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.Key duties of the Finance Manager include:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with relevant accounting standardsManage month end and year end close processes, including journals, reconciliations and reportingProduce timely and accurate management information and financial statementsSupport budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisMonitor cash flow and provide financial insight to support business decisionsReconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain the integrity of the general ledgerAssist with statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external auditsMaintain and improve financial controls, processes, and systemsWork closely with operational teams to analyse costs and improve financial performanceSupport finance projects and process improvement initiatives as requiredThe successful Finance Manager will have the following skills and ..... full job details .....
