Interim Finance Manager4-6 Month Initial Contract Up to £65,000 Equivalent Potential for Permanent Appointment.An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified finance professional to join a well-established organisation on an interim basis. This role has been created to provide support while a permanent appointment is identified, recruited and on-boarded.The initial contract is expected to last between 4 and 6 months. However, there is genuine potential for the position to become permanent for the right individual.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for key financial reporting and compliance activities whilst managing a small finance team.Key responsibilities will include:Preparation of statutory accountsPreparation of tax computations, VAT returns and CIS returnsManagement of month-end close processesProduction of management and group reportingOversight of the Fixed Asset Register and CAPEX filesManagement and development of the Financial Accountant and Finance AssistantSupporting the wider finance function to ensure accurate and timely financial informationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Be ACA or ACCA qualifiedHave trained within a professional practice environmentPossess previous people management experienceDemonstrate strong technical accounting and reporting skillsBe highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBe available immediately or at short noticeWhat''s on Offer?Initial ..... full job details .....
