The organisation has built a strong reputation within its sector and offers a supportive, close-knit working environment.This role is ideal for a hands-on Finance Manager or experienced Senior Management Accountant looking to step up into a broad, end-to-end finance position with real ownership.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.Key responsibilities include:Managing and supporting a small transactional finance teamFull ownership of the nominal ledger and trial balancePreparation of monthly management accounts including PandL, balance sheet, and cash flowProducing detailed analysis and commentary for board reportingLeading month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsPreparing consolidated accounts and supporting reporting to external stakeholders and fundersSupporting forecasting and cash flow planning, including covenant complianceMaintaining and improving financial controls and processesAssisting with year-end and audit preparationSupporting on projects and commercial analysis to aid ..... full job details .....
