Finance Manager

SF Partners are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a business based in Wednesbury.

Reporting to Senior Finance, this is an opportunity to take ownership of financial reporting, controls and compliance while supporting business decisions. You''ll also lead a small finance team and help improve its systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring accurate, timely information
- Managing financial controls and compliance
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making
- Monitoring cash flow and working capital
- Coordinating audit and tax requirements
- Leading and developing a small finance team
- Identifying improvements to finance systems and processes

About You
- Experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Accountant or Financial Controller role
- Strong financial reporting and controls experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience would be particularly useful
- An ACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent experience as a qualified-by-experience accountant

What''s on Offer?
- Salary of up to £55,000 per annum
