This is a broad, hands-on opportunity combining ownership of monthly management accounts with commercial modelling, budgeting and business partnering. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will help the business understand performance, assess contract profitability and make informed commercial decisions. You will also oversee financial reporting across UK and US entities, support a small finance team and improve reporting, systems and controls. The role Own the month-end process, producing accurate management accounts, KPI reporting and clear commentary. Lead the annual budget process, working with budget holders to review performance and explain variances.
