Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a commercially focussed Finance Manager for a manufacturer looking to go through a sustained period of growth over the next few years.The Finance Manager will have significant exposure to senior leadership with a clearly defined path to a head of finance position during this period under an influential owner who is a qualified accountant.The role will give you autonomy, growth and clear development with the ability to take ownership over the finance function, develop data driven commercial decision making and develop a team.Finance ManagerLead a team of 6 delivering daily financeLead of system improvement projectsEnhance data driven commercial decision makingRelationship management with both internal and external key senior stakeholdersDevelop FPandA capabilitiesDeliver weekly / monthly forecasting The Finance Manager would suit either a first or second time mover from practice (ACA) who wants to get hands on with a business in a period of continuous improvement and growth.
