Finance Manager Derbyshire Hybrid Working £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation, providing financial management, reporting and business support across a complex and evolving environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to take on a broad and varied role. You''ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, helping to ensure sound financial management, support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement across finance processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to stakeholders. Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance processes are maintained. Support year-end reporting, audits and statutory requirements. Contribute to financial modelling, business cases and decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
