Reporting to the senior finance team, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function, taking ownership of month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis. You will act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight to support decision making, while leading and developing the finance team and driving process improvements across the function. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Take ownership of the month-end management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and review monthly management information, providing meaningful commentary on financial performance, key variances and areas for improvement. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop accurate financial plans. Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and challenging performance to support business decision making.
