We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, financial compliance and payroll. This is a senior, hands-on role based at Head Office and reporting to the Operations Director. What You ll Do Take responsibility for all financial compliance and reporting, including tax, VAT, payroll, pensions and other statutory or regulatory returns. Produce timely monthly management accounts, financial reports, forecasts and KPI s for the Directors. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective processes, controls and financial procedures are maintained across the business. Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking, foreign-currency exposure, debtors, creditors and associated financial risk. Take overall responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, including pension contributions, payroll reconciliations and statutory compliance.
