Finance and Business Manager (Part-Time, Remote)I''m working with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to appoint a Finance and Business Manager into a key role within their small but high-performing team.This is a part-time opportunity (0.5 FTE) offering genuine flexibility and autonomy, while still providing exposure at a senior level.The roleReporting into the Director of Finance, you''ll take ownership of a broad and hands-on finance remit, including:Leading month-end and producing management accounts, cashflow and analysis.Overseeing VAT returns (including European / OSS requirements).Supporting the annual audit and statutory accounts process.Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Partnering with senior stakeholders and Trustees to support decision-making.Managing and developing a Finance Assistant.This is a role that combines hands-on delivery with genuine business partnering.About youFully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).Strong experience across the full finance cycle, including reporting and auditConfident working with VAT (charity or international exposure is advantageous).Experience using Xero (highly desirable).Comfortable operating in a small, remote team and building relationships with non-finance stakeholdersThe opportunityFully remote role with flexible workingBroad, varied role with real ownershipExposure to senior leadership and TrusteesOpportunity to shape processes and add value in a growing organisationThere is some occasional ..... full job details .....
