Finance Manager

RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent, well-established business who are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the EMEA region. This role will be based in Irlam and offers 1 day a week from home.Reporting to the Global Finance Director, this Senior Finance Manager role would be responsible for overseeing a team and be responsible for the month and quarter end activities.Duties include:Leading and developing a team across the UK and EU entitiesResponsible for general ledger accounting and implementing controlsLeading on month-end close activities - ensure timely and accurate closing of ledgersMonthly reports with review and analysisDetailed balance sheet reviewEnsure compliance with SOX controls and liaise with external SOX auditors as requiredLiaise with shared service centre managers as requiredAnswer accounting queries Drive continuous process and system improvementsThis Senior Finance Manager role would be ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a history of leadership experience.
