Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. Offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work within a welcoming and supportive team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:Day-to-day of the role:Oversee the day-to-day financial operations including sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in coding, recording, and timely payments and receipts.Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor aged debtors while proactively managing credit control.Ensure compliance with the purchase order systemSupport the preparation of management information to aid operational decisions and prepare quarterly VAT Returns to ensure maximum VAT recovery.Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and support during the financial audit.Identify and implement improvements to finance systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide financial reporting and analysis as required Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in financial management and operations, preferably within a similar sector.Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and develop ..... full job details .....
