Reed Accountancy and Finance have recently partnered up with a business who are looking for a Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their team. This is a standalone position with an entity part of a bigger group and is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has similar experience and looking to take on additional responsibility or someone looking for a new challenge.This is a diverse role and will cover many areas of Accountancy including month end processes, audit, AP/AR and others and would suit a candidate with all round experience in accounts.The Role:Financial Reporting and Budgeting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.Audit and Compliance - Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.Accounting Management - Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.Treasury and Cash Flow Management - Handle payment schedules, vendor transactions, and financial forecasting.Contract and Administrative Oversight - Manage contracts, insurance policies, and relationships with stakeholders.Strategic Cost Optimization - Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial processes for efficiency.Tax Management - Ensure accurate tax filings, VAT submissions, and compliance with tax regulations.Process Improvement and Systems Optimization - Enhance financial procedures, streamline ERP usage, and refine accounting ..... full job details .....
