Finance Manager

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with an established local business to recruit a technical and dynamic Finance Manager.Working closely with the Operations Manager and Overseas Group Function, you will play a crucial role in effectively controlling the Finance Function, and assisting Group with the efficient and timely weekly, monthly and yearly reporting in order to drive operational and commercial performance.Duties Include:Maintaining a robust controls environment through PandL and Balance Sheet AccountingPreparation of year end statutory accountsCash and Treasury ManagementCompleting statutory returns accurately and on timeReport on cashflow, including forecasting and identifying funding needsDealing with ad hoc queriesRequirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with substantial technical Accounts experienceExperience with SAP is highly desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS OfficeAutomotive, Sales or distribution experience would be highly advantageousThe Business:Based in Northamptonshire the business is a local leader in their market and have grown significantly in recent years, overseen by their European Group Function.
