Finance ManagerLocation: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (Office Based)Salary: £50,000-£60,000Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting timely management information delivery, and maintaining a strong financial control environment.Support the monthly financial close process, including preparing accurate management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.Ensure financial information is produced accurately and within agreed reporting deadlines, providing meaningful analysis to assist in understanding business performance.Maintain strong financial controls, oversee the integrity of the general ledger, complete reconciliations on time, and investigate variances or anomalies.Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and provide information required by external auditors.Monitor working capital by reviewing debtor, creditor, and inventory balances, support cash flow forecasting, and ensure compliance with VAT and other statutory reporting obligations.Work closely with operational departments to ensure accurate reflection of stock movements, manufacturing costs, and inventory valuations in the financial records.Contribute to the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts, providing financial analysis and commentary to support decision making.Drive ..... full job details .....
