      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing manufacturing business. This is a highly visible position within the organisation, partnering closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance function, delivering accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and providing meaningful commercial insight to support the wider business. Key Responsibilities  Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.  Lead the month-end process and ensure timely reporting.  Produce budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.  Provide commercial analysis and business partnering support to senior management.  Maintain and strengthen financial controls and processes.
