Finance Manager
Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a company in Leeds seeking to appoint a Finance and Administration Manager to join their well-established team. This is a part-time position, working three days per week, with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company''s financial operations.Responsibilities:Reconciliation of financial records and reportsCash flow projectionsPrepare monthly and annual PandL reportsEnsuring timely payments of supplier''s invoicesLiaison with external parties Oversee the accurate input of time, purchase and sales invoicesPreparation of ad hoc information as requiredProvide all information regarding salaries to the payroll provider and maintenance of personal recordsOversee the accurate set up of projectsMaintain documentation relating to GDPR, legal documents and contractsProvide some secretarial support to the directors - preparation of project proposals, diary management etcOverseeing one part-time clerical assistantYou will need to demonstrate:Experience within a similar position and finance-based environmentKnowledge of financial systems, financial reporting and record keepingInnovative and self-startingGreat people skillsComfortable working within an office ..... full job details .....
