Finance Manager (Part-Time)Location: Worksop (hybrid)Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 pro rata (DOE) Contract: Permanent, 2.5-3 days per weekThe RoleReed Finance are partnering with an organisation in the charity sector who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function within a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation in the Non for Profit sector. Reporting to the CEO, you''ll play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and monthly reportingProduce management accounts, variance analysis and financial reports for senior leadership, boards and fundersOversee tax matters and year-end processesManage cashflow with rolling forecasts and drive financial sustainabilitySupport funding applications with project budgets and reportingMaintain and improve financial systems, controls and reporting processesPartner with internal teams to support commercial decision-making and cost managementManage external providers (e.g. payroll, HR) and mentor a junior team memberEnsure compliance with regulatory and funding requirementsAbout YouQualified Accountant (or QBE) with strong financial management experienceProven ability to operate both strategically and hands-onSkilled in stakeholder engagement, including non-finance audiencesExperience in ..... full job details .....
