Finance Manager (Part Qualified / QBE) Radlett (rural location - driver essential) £55,000 - £60,000 FTE (DOE) plus benefits Full-time or Part-time consideredThe OpportunityWe''re working with a well-established and growing SME with a turnover of circa £6 million, looking to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function.This is a standalone role offering real autonomy and variety-ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business and making a tangible impact.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts process through to trial balance, alongside overseeing payroll for a workforce of approximately 200 staff.This is a broad, all-encompassing role suited to someone who thrives in an SME environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of accounts up to trial balancePreparation of monthly management accountsBalance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepaymentsManagement of AP/AR processesCash flow monitoring and bank reconciliationsVAT returns and statutory complianceProcessing and overseeing payroll for c.200 employeesLiaising with external accountants and auditorsReviewing and improving financial processes and controlsAbout YouPart-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBEProven experience in a similar standalone or SME finance roleStrong working knowledge of accounting through to trial balancePayroll experience (ideally within a larger ..... full job details .....
