Job Description.Duties will include:• To oversee the smooth running of the account department and lead up to 12 Staff• Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billings and Credit Control• Bank / Duty Vat reconciliations• VAT Returns• Oversee credit checks and risk assessments on new clients, UK and overseas• Liaising with senior management and external financial accountants when required• Overseeing the processing of sales and purchase invoices• Handling any queries• Reporting to the senior management team• PandL / Aged Debtor reports / Budgets /PayrollExperience needed:• Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance• Previous Managerial experience of large teams• Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics (Essential)Sage 50 and / or Sage Intaact experience (Must Have)BoxTop (advantageous)Management accounts, Intercompany, Balance sheets, Credit Control, purchase ledger, Budgeting, ProcurementStrong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-lookup etc.Sa...
