You''ll work closely with senior finance leadership to drive accuracy, control, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and ComplianceLead month-end/year-end close and produce accurate financial statementsManage statutory accounts, audits, and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee tax compliance and cashflow reportingFixed Assets and CAPEXOverhaul and maintain the fixed asset registerResolve historic discrepancies and embed capitalisation policiesImprove CAPEX tracking, WIP visibility, and project close-outProcess Improvement and SystemsEnhance finance systems, reporting, and data integrityDrive automation and continuous improvement initiativesStakeholder ManagementPartner with operational teams and act as the key finance contactProvide clear reporting and insights to senior leadershipAbout YouQualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Strong financial reporting and fixed asset experienceProven track record of process improvementAnalytical, proactive, and confident working with stakeholdersThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established business in the Lincolnshire region where you can make an impact and drive performance.
