This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, or Assistant Financial Controller who is looking to take ownership of a broad finance role with responsibility for financial reporting, cashflow management, team leadership, financial controls, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business while helping to build a scalable and high-performing finance function. The Role As Group Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the finance team across multiple group entities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, improving working capital performance, and delivering meaningful financial insight to support decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Management Accounts Take ownership of the monthly close process across the group. Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
