Finance ManagerCreative Agency Farringdon, London Hybrid (4 days in the office) Full-Time 3-6 month contract We''re partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing creative agency to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for an initial 3-6 month contract, with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent role.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working closely with stakeholders across the business during a key growth period.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth month-end processes, and strong financial controls across the business. You''ll also manage an outsourced finance team and support the continued development of finance operations.Responsibilities Own and manage the month-end close process from start to finishReview and oversee the work completed by the outsourced finance team, ensuring reconciliations are accurate and delivered on timeEnsure the PandL and balance sheet are fully reconciled and review-ready each monthInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating material issues where requiredManage AP and AR processes, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made on timeSupport cash flow management through accurate reportingAct as a key point of contact for finance-related queries across the businessSupport department heads with budgeting, project costs, invoicing, and financial reportingWork ..... full job details .....
