Financial Controller / Finance Manager (Progression to Finance Director) Salary: Flexible DOE Location: Plymouth (Office-based with flexibility for hybrid working) Our client is a well-established and growing electrical and mechanical contractor with an annual turnover approaching £10 million. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to bring their finance function in-house and are recruiting a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to play a key role in the next phase of the business. Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of the finance function, overseeing everything from day-to-day financial operations through to management reporting, cash flow and commercial analysis.
