Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Client, a growing manufacturing business seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the finance function and support the continued success of the organization.What You''ll Be Doing:• Overseeing the day-to-day finance function and reporting directly to Directors and external accountants• Preparing monthly management accounts and providing meaningful financial insight• Preparing year-end accounts and supporting the year-end process• Producing budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections• Managing and developing the accounts team and overseeing day-to-day finance operations• Implementing and improving financial controls, including costing processes and sales invoicing procedures• Managing and developing the use of Xero, including integrating it with the company''s back-office systems• Supporting the business with financial analysis and continuous process improvementsWhat We''re Looking For:• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role• Experience within manufacturing, service, or installation industries would be highly desirable• Strong management accounting experience with the ability to produce accurate financial reports• Experience managing or supervising a finance team• Proficient in Xero with experience of system integrations• Confident communicating with Directors, external accountants, and key stakeholders• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to improving financial ..... full job details .....
