Finance Manager

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a high growth-Leicester based SME business in the appointment of a Finance Manager.-The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable-distance-from all areas of- Leicester / Leicestershire, Rugby, Coventry / Warwickshire and Nottingham.-Reporting to the CFO, This exciting Finance Manager role will take charge of the businesses management and-financial accounting-activities-and lead a small team. Day to day responsibilities will include monthly management accounts, post month end reporting, cashflow forecasting, signing off payments, vat returns, budgeting / forecasting and year end accounting.-The business is embarking on an exciting period of growth-and they-expect-to double in turnover over the next two years. The role offers the opportunity-to be part of a business that is really making moves in its market and has the opportunity to really make a difference-to the business through-developing the internal reporting and the data that the business uses to make commercial decisions.-The CFO would be keen to hire a candidate who they can grow and develop into a bigger role in the future as the business grows.-The client will consider candidates who are qualified in CIMA or ACCA or those who are non qualified.The role has a salary range of between -50,000 to -55,000 plus a bonus.
