Finance Manager

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a well established Leicestershire based business to appoint a new Finance Manager. The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire. Reporting to and supporting the Finance Director, The Finance Manager will lead the team in this busy subsidiary business. Responsibilities will include team management and development, lead management accounts preparation and submission, budgeting and forecasting, long range strategic planning, kpi reporting and analysis, fixed assets and capex reporting. The role has a good amount of commercial exposure, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the business and to drive informed and robust decision making. The business is great to work for and the culture is positive. The business has a low turnover of staff and there''s a real feeling of everyone being in it together. The client will consider applicants who are qualified in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification. It''s likely that you will be in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager type role and be happy working in a business facing role.
