Finance Manager

RECfinancial is partnering exclusively with a landmark Leicestershire business in the appointment of a Finance Manager. The role is based at an impressive office and is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire. Reporting to the Financial Director, This exciting Finance Manager role will be a broad role and no two months will be the same. Day to day responsibilities will include the preparation of the monthly accounts, bank / balance sheet reconciliations, kpi reporting, working with the FD on budgeting / forecasting, and working with the wider business to aid decision making from a financial perspective. The business has a rich history in Leicestershire and is regarded as being a great employer. They have one of the best offices in the county. They are keen to hire a candidate who is looking for a role that will offer a lot of opportunities to grow in the future and someone who has a broad accounting skill range. The role would best suit a candidate who is comfortable with working with non-finance based stakeholders on a regular basis. To be considered for the role it is likely that you will be working in a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant or Finance Manager type role.
