The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Daventry, Northampton and all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire. Reporting to Senior Leadership, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function within a busy, project-led engineering environment. This role requires a confident and personable finance professional with strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility across the business. You will act as a key representative of the finance function within operations and projects, providing commercial insight, influencing decision-making and constructively challenging where required.
