Finance Manager

RECfinancial are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a successful and ambitious organisation. 

The role is commutable from Leicester, South Nottingham, Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough, Corby, Kettering and the surrounding areas.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a highly visible role where you''ll lead the finance function, supported by a Finance Assistant who manages the day-to-day transactional processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys adding value and influencing business decisions.

The role is varied and will include responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, month-end and year-end close, cash flow forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing sales and margin reporting, supporting strategic decision making and identifying opportunities to improve business performance.

This role offers an excellent mix of management accounts and commercial finance, giving you the opportunity to partner with the wider business rather than simply produce the numbers.

The successful candidate will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified and will already be operating within a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role. However, candidates who are working towards one of these qualifications will also be considered. 

You''ll have experience of producing management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing month-end and year-end close and be confident working with senior stakeholders. You''ll be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a broad finance leadership role.

The role offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
