This is an exciting opportunity to join our RandD and Supply Chain Finance team, supporting the strategy and execution within our No7 Beauty Company (No7BC) business. Reporting to the Head of Finance: RandD and Supply Chain, you''ll provide FPandA and partner support to the No7BC Global RandD and Supply Chain VP and Lead Team, and be part of the wider Operations Finance Business Partnering team, collaborating with our Central FPandA team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Finance Manager looking to progress to Head of Finance within 2 years by developing and demonstrating their impact and influencing skills to important members of the No7BC Lead Team and deputising for the Head of Finance in several key meetings.Key responsibilities
Leading the FPandA activities for the RandD and Supply Chain function by engaging and supporting senior managementSupport the monthly close in close collaboration between Central FPandA and Controllership, ensuring on time and accurate reportingProducing and presenting to senior management monthly reporting packs such as MBR''sProducing budget/forecasts and holding teams to account for delivering these numbersHelping teams to understand performance, providing analysis and creating insight to inform future decisionsIdentify areas for continuous improvement, setting up and leading teams to maximise opportunities through latest systems to replace outdated excel solutionsLeading the annual standard costing process within No7BC, engaging with multiple Finance and non-Finance partnersWork with the inventory team to help minimise excess and obsolete (EandO) stockLine management of one Senior Finance Analyst GraduateWhat you''ll need to have
To be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Have excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skillsShow confidence to challenge, impact and influence across multiple organisational levelsAbility to think strategically, review, and use analytical skills to understand the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detailA natural curiosity and "can do" mindsetExcellent Excel skillsNice to have
