Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the company''s financial operations. This is a hands-on position where you will take day-to-day ownership of all financial processing, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations (including CIS).You will work independently, while also providing key insights to senior management and contributing to the company''s financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management and ReportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.Ensure all financials are accurate and closed by the 10th of each month, with final reports ready for presentation by the 12th.Conduct variance analyses to highlight discrepancies between actuals and budgets.Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, CIS, etc.) in financial reporting.Bookkeeping and AccountingMaintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Ensure proper filing of financial documents, including contracts and invoices.CIS and Subcontractor PaymentsEnsure full compliance with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) for subcontractor payments.Process ..... full job details .....
