Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing, private equity-backed service business with a turnover of approximately 100M. This is a key role focused on delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and managing a finance team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of the month-end close process, including preparation and review of detailed management accountsEnsure all reconciliations, journals, and adjustments are completed accurately and on timeDeliver comprehensive month-end reporting packs with variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders and investorsMaintain compliance with SOX requirements and ensure a robust control environmentOversee statutory reporting and liaise with external auditorsManage and develop a finance team, ensuring clear objectives and accountabilitySupport FPandA activities, providing insight into performance and trendsContribute to integration projects and process enhancementsSkills and Experience Required:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA essential)Strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience in month-end reporting and management accountsDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively onsiteExperience working under SOX compliance or within a strong control environmentFPandA experience with strong analytical and reporting skillsSQL experience desirableIntegration experience advantageousAbility to work ..... full job details .....
