Finance Manager - Projects and Change (12 Month FTC) (16267)Finance Manager - Projects and Change (12 Month FTC)TEAMAs a key member of the Investment Finance team, which sits in Financial Planning and Analysis, this role reports into the Senior Finance Manager responsible for IT, Data and Change (ITDandC) and E-Commerce. The team’s key objective is business partnering the ITDandC function (which includes the easyJet Airline change portfolio) as well as the E-Commerce team.This role will directly support the Delivery and Change Director as well as the wider IT Leadership Team (ITDLT), offering exposure to senior stakeholders and covering a varied array of project based / ad hoc business partnering as well as FPandA with a high degree of scope to provide strategic insight and true value add. The Finance Manager will need to be able to work closely with senior members of non-finance teams to support the delivery of multiple priorities, as well as work with the wider Finance team to provide input to monthly management reporting / regular reforecasting for the Airline portfolio.JOB PURPOSEProvide effective analytical support to the Senior Finance Manager ITDandC as well as Director for Delivery and ChangeCreate certainty and confidence in Airline portfolio forecast for both cost and benefitsSupport / lead both Finance and business stakeholders in project delivery and financial management processes, ensuring consistency of approach, tracking and challengeJOB ACCOUNTABILITIESBusiness Partnering / FPandAProvides a true business partner framework to the ITDandC function, ensuring that the relevant owners are supported with the right insight and information at all times. Business partnering with cross functional stakeholders including the wider finance team, IT and procurement to ensure integrity of results and maximum ROI for the businessAccurately consolidate future performance across both portfolio costs and benefits, understand differences between actuals and forecasts, undertake related analysis (including insight and recommendations) and drive continuous improvements across related processes.Drive continuous improvement across processes and drive informed decision makingPeople Leadership, Relationships and InfluenceCo-ordinating inputs from PM’s and FBP’s across the business and managing them to ensure deadlines are adhered toMaintaining effective cross functional relationshipsProviding subject matter expertise to a diverse and demanding set of stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities that could be reviewed as part of a deep dive process.
