Finance Manager

You know how to deliver a clean month-end. But can you lead the people behind it and improve the processes that make it happen? This is a genuine line-management role within a large, fast-paced, multi-site business. You''ll lead a team of four qualified and part-qualified accountants, taking responsibility for their performance, development and the quality of their output. The environment moves quickly. Priorities compete, deadlines don''t move and the current way of working won''t always be the best one. You''ll need to keep month-end on track while finding smarter, stronger ways to deliver it.
