Finance Manager - Part time
Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a varied and autonomous part-time position within a growing business?Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Part-Time Finance Manager working 3 days per week.Reporting to the Directors, you will lead all aspects of day-to-day finance, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to support operational and strategic objectives. This is a broad, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while contributing to the continued success of the business.Key responsibilities will include:Producing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reportsManaging cash flow forecasting and treasury activitiesPreparing VAT returns and supporting wider tax compliance requirementsCoordinating year-end processes, statutory accounts preparation, and external audit requirementsManaging the purchase ledger process, supplier payments, and maintaining strong financial controlsMonitoring accounts receivable activities, reviewing aged debt, and supporting effective credit control proceduresProcessing payroll activities and ensuring all associated statutory obligations are metProviding insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the businessSupporting operational projects and supplier contract reviews to ensure value for money and effective cost managementWhat we''re looking ..... full job details .....
