Finance Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager (Treasury and Business Planning) to join a well-established, award winning, Housing Association on the outskirts of Manchester. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance your remit will include: Lead and go-to specialist for all matters relating to treasury, business planning and financial accounting.Supporting the Director of Finance with refinancing and assessing financial needs.Working closely with the Director of Finance to update and report on the organisations Business Plan.Ensuring the successful submission of regulatory returns and lender reporting.Preparation of financial statements.Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA although non-qualified Finance Mangers with housing association experience will also be considered. This role would suit a self-motivated finance professional, able to forge strong business relationships at all levels to board level, who thrives on autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.
