Finance Manager £35,000 £45,000 DOE NorthamptonshireFull time, Monday to Friday (Office Based) Our client is a growing and forward-thinking business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their Accounts team. The role will play an important part in supporting the continued financial development of the business. The RoleThe Finance Manager will take ownership of the company''s day-to-day financial planning and reporting activities, while providing commercially focused insight to support business performance.Key responsibilities will include: Managing full-cycle credit control and supporting effective cash collection.Taking ownership of cash flow planning, forecasting and financial records, providing clear visibility of the company''s financial position.Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.Identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.Managing payroll processes.Managing prepayments, accruals, VAT returns and account reconciliations.Analysing costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved financial efficiency.Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring appropriate regulatory and financial compliance.Supporting external audit processes and liaising with auditors as required.Providing wider financial and commercial support to the business as it continues to grow.
