The company prides itself on strategic growth, innovation, and maintaining a positive and collaborative working culture.The Job Role Position:Due to business growth and strategic expansion, the company is now recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support senior leadership.Responsibilities include:Overseeing day-to-day finance operationsManaging and developing the finance teamPreparing monthly management accountsBudgeting and forecastingCash flow managementEnsuring statutory compliance and liaising with external auditorsProviding financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingThe Candidate:The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or QBE with strong experience) and have previous experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role.
