We are looking for a finance professional eager to influence change and elevate their leadership career. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation''s growth journey, taking charge of day-to-day financial operations while contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily finance function, encompassing cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls.
• Generate meaningful management information, financial reports, and KPIs to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Partner with departmental managers to enhance business processes and drive operational performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a small finance team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Support broader business planning and financial strategy.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on finance professional who can blend strong technical skills with commercial insight. The following qualifications are preferred:

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Experience in an SME or privately-owned business environment.
• Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with financial systems and process improvements.
• Experience in multi-currency or international business environments.
