Finance Manager- East Grinstead We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our East Grinstead-based business. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations, leading a small team, and ensuring compliance with UK regulatory and tax requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and ControlPrepare and review monthly management accounts with supporting analysisEnsure accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS where applicable)Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance frameworksOversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesBudgeting and ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecastsProvide financial insights and variance analysis to support business decisionsTrack performance against budgets and identify risks/opportunitiesOperational Finance ManagementOversee transactional finance functions including:Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivablePayroll coordinationEnsure timely and accurate processing of financial transactionsTax and ComplianceManage VAT returns and compliance in line with HMRC requirementsSupport corporation tax reporting and liaise with external advisorsEnsure compliance with statutory obligations and audit ..... full job details .....
