Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you''ll play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business, ensuring robust reporting, strong financial governance and meaningful commercial insight. The Role Lead group financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely information for senior stakeholders. Provide commercial analysis and performance insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth. Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle, including developing financial models to evaluate future opportunities. Oversee financial controls, treasury activities, audit processes and statutory compliance requirements. Develop and mentor the finance team while driving improvements to systems, reporting and operational efficiency. The Person ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
