Finance Manager We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a finance function and support the delivery of accurate, compliant and high quality financial information. About the Role As Finance Manager, you will oversee the operational finance function and ensure the organisation maintains accurate, reliable and compliant financial records. You will line manage a team of Finance Officers, lead on financial reporting, support statutory accounts preparation, and ensure all financial processes meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing the finance team Overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations Maintaining accurate ledgers and control account reconciliations Supporting monthly and year end financial statements in line with SORP and FRS 102 Ensuring timely and accurate month end journals and management accounting Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Preparing annual service charge budgets with budget holders Producing ..... full job details .....
