This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values inclusivity, collaboration, and commitment.Responsibilities:Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial data to key stakeholders.Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience working in a multi-site environment, ideally with property or hospitality.Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders.Adaptability and flexibility in changing business conditions.Leadership abilities with experience in team management.Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.The Client:Our client is renowned for its commitment to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity.
