RoleReporting to the CEO, you will manage the financial operations ensuring alignment with business goals and unlocking efficiencies through process optimisation, technology adoption, and talent development.Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:Produce timely and accurate monthly accounts including all profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliation as well as quarter end reportingTimely, accurate and high-quality group reporting in standard group report formatBudgets, forecasts and 5-year outlook and planningManagement of the accounting for recurring contracts, related deferred revenue and release of income calculationsMaintain adequately robust financial controls and systems ProfileQualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Quick leaner with a track record in fast paced environmentsStrong experience in partnering with senior stakeholdersHands-on experience across the finance functionForward-thinking mindset with an interest in emerging finance technologies, automationPractical problem-solver with a delivery-focused approach The CompanyWith head offices in Coleshill, Warwickshire this is a rare ..... full job details .....
