Finance ManagerLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: £50,000 + BenefitsHybrid Working AvailableThe Opportunity Mixxos are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their UK finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, transactional finance oversight and stakeholder management within a growing business.Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls and supporting business growth initiatives across the UK operation.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and ControlProduce accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs. Prepare and post General Ledger journals. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities. Ensure financial records remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready. Compliance and GovernanceManage VAT reporting and submissions. Support statutory reporting requirements. Assist with internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and internal policies. Team LeadershipLead and support a small transactional finance team.
