Description Ownership of management accounts and reporting PandL; management and performance analysis Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management Margin and profitability analysis Investment appraisals and business case support Debtors reporting and credit control oversight Year-end coordination and external accountant management Process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives Commercial challenge and stakeholder accountability with non-finance colleagues Support with wider financial planning for the founders Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A strong background in hands-on accounting or finance, ideally within the Media and Agency industry. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Experience working in an SME environment. Leadership skills with experience managing a team. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
